What we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

This policy explains what personal information Optivise AI (ABN 32 925 763 484) collects through this website, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Enquiries: your name, email, company and message when you use the contact form or email us.
  • Free AI agent trials: the agents and versions (web, iOS or Android) you choose, your requirements, any test data you share to set up the trial (such as sample products, orders or stock for the business ERP agent) and what you type into the trial agent. For ERP demo access, also the sample data sheets you provide (such as products, customers, orders and stock).
  • Member accounts: your name, email and sign-in details if you register for the AI Academy member hub.
  • Member app content: what you type into AI features of the member apps, such as the Chinese learning app.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, recorded in server logs and by a performance script our web host adds to each page.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver and support the services you ask for, run free AI agent trials, member accounts and member apps, keep the site secure and understand how it is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information. We only send you marketing if you ask for it, and you can opt out at any time.

Free AI agent trials and ERP demo access

If you apply for a free AI agent trial or ERP demo access, we use your requirements and any test data you share only to assess your request, set up and run your trial or demo account, and support you during it. We do not use them for other clients or for marketing. Trial agents and the demo ERP run on servers we manage, and an AI model provider processes what you send to an agent.

  • Please share test or anonymised data only, not real customer records or other people’s personal information.
  • When your trial or demo ends we delete your test data and anything the agent or demo system stored from it, unless you ask us to keep it so we can keep working together.
  • You can email us at any time to have it deleted sooner.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site. Some of them store or process data outside Australia, including in Singapore and the United States.

  • AgentMail, which emails contact-form messages to our inbox.
  • GoDaddy, our web host, which serves the site, keeps server logs and runs its own performance script.
  • Supabase, which manages AI Academy member accounts; its code is delivered by esm.sh.
  • Google Analytics, which measures how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and what devices they use. We look at totals and do not use it to identify you.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us on WhatsApp, which we use only to talk with you; see the WhatsApp privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts, which supplies typefaces on the Claude study guide pages.
  • AI model providers, such as DeepSeek, which process what you type into member app AI features and trial agents.
  • App distribution services, such as Apple TestFlight or Google Play, which install the trial app on your device under their own privacy terms if you choose the iOS or Android version.

Cookies and browser storage

The site stores your language choice for the visit and whether background animation is paused in your browser. If you sign in to the member hub, Supabase keeps your sign-in session in browser storage. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and tell returning visitors apart. You can clear or block these at any time in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS across the site, limit who can access enquiries and accounts, and keep personal information only as long as we need it to deal with you, run the services or meet legal obligations. After that we delete it.

Dealing with us anonymously

You can browse the site and ask general questions without giving your name. We need contact details to send a quote or provide a service.

Access, correction and deletion

Email info@optiviseai.com.au to ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. We reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, email us first. If we do not resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
